With over 14 years’ experience in some of Australia’s award winning restaurants, “Stewy” has gained invaluable experience in Gourmet cooking.
Stewy began his career working with distinguished chefs, Andrew McConnell and Michael Lambie in Australia. He has since travelled and built his reputation for fine dining across the world from small boutique cafes through to renowned international restaurants. His time cooking in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Greece and Australia has greatly influenced Stewy’s creativity with unique ingredients and flavours.
He has spent the last 4 years in Dubai, establishing numerous restaurants for hoteliers and leading key projects to develop concepts for prominent international chains. Stewy has always had a passion for nature’s best produce, in particular his passion for Paleo food. Stewy feels that good nutrition should not compromise on taste and has chosen to venture into his own business to redefine Dubai’s health food scene.
