LOVE FOODS REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Love Food reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership at any time.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

Cancellations received during the monthly paid period will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail only.

All products that belong to Love Food, e.g. Cooler bags, glass containers, lids, glass bottles, and ice packs must be returned to Love Food within 7 days of cancellation to receive the deposit back.

These above policies apply to all Love Food members unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your membership is up to 30 business days after written approval from Love Food.

Sign up cancellations received 7 days or more prior to the start date of the monthly plan, may be eligible to receive a refund less a service fee.

Cancellations received after the confirmed start date of the meal plan will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received no later than 7 days prior to the commencement date of the meal plan.

All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the member and transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
