This is a high protein, macro calculated meal plan providing nutritionally dense meals filled with good nutrients required by the body to perform at its best while working out.

Power 3 Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

  Calories: - 1600-1800 Kcal/day

  Carbs: - 120-130g/day

  Proteins: - 140-150g/day

  Fat: - 60-70g/day

 

*Adding snacks would increase the calorie intake to more than the above range. Clients have the flexibility in choosing their meals and controlling their caloric requirements.
