Calories: - 1000-1200 Kcal/day
Carbs: - 50-60g/day
Proteins: - 100-120g/day
Fat: - 44 - 54g/day
Lifestyle AM (Breakfast, 1 Meal) & Lifestyle PM (2 Meals Lunch, Dinner)
Calories: - Up to 800 Kcal/day
Carbs: - 40g/day
Proteins: - Up to 80g/day
Fat: - Up to 40g/day
*Adding snacks would increase the calorie intake to more than the above range. Clients have the flexibility in choosing their meals and controlling their caloric requirements.
