If your aim is weight loss then the Lifestyle plan is the most optimal healthy meal plan.

This is a low carb, portion controlled, calorie counted meal plan. It can also cater to Gluten and Dairy free requirements that would depend on the meals you select. Paleo meals can also be selected.

Our healthy meal plans are delivered daily to your door 5 days a week, to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in food grade cooler bags and with ice packs for optimum freshness.

We use the freshest possible produce and try to maximize the use of local organic produce were possible. Our meats are all grass fed and sustainable seafood in order to create your weight loss meal plans.

We offer three packages on this plan with the below Macro Breakdown:-

Lifestyle 3 Healthy Meal Plan (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

  Calories: - 1000-1200 Kcal/day

  Carbs: - 50-60g/day

  Proteins: - 100-120g/day

  Fat: - 44 - 54g/day

Lifestyle AM Healthy Meal Plan (Breakfast, 1 Meal) & Lifestyle PM (2 Meals Lunch, Dinner)

  Calories: - Up to 800 Kcal/day

  Carbs: - 40g/day

  Proteins: - Up to 80g/day

  Fat: - Up to 40g/day

*Adding snacks would increase the calorie intake to more than the above range in these meal plans. Clients have the flexibility in choosing their healthy meals and controlling their caloric requirements to assist with weight loss..
