Keto Meal Plan


Love Food Keto meal plan is a strict weight loss plan that significantly restricts the intake of carbohydrates. It is a very low carb diet meal plan, high fat, moderate protein diet. The reduction in carbs puts your body in a state called metabolic ketosis which utilizes your fat stores as a source of energy instead. This keto diet shifts your body’s metabolism away from carbs and towards fat and ketones helping you shed your body fat.

Our Keto Meal Plans include 3 meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). We currently do not offer any Keto Snacks

Our Keto meal plans are delivered daily to your door 5 days a week, to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in food grade cooler bags and with ice packs for optimum freshness.

We use the freshest possible produce and try to maximize the use of local organic produce were possible. Our meats are all grass fed and sustainable seafood in order to create your keto meal plans.

There are two caloric ranges on our Keto Diet Plan, Below is the Calorie and Macro Breakdown for your reference:-

Keto 1000 - 1200 kcal/day

  Carbs: Less than or = - 20g/day

  Proteins: - 75-85g/day

  Fat: - 83 - 93g/day

Keto 1500 - 1700 kcal/day

  Carbs: Less than or = - 20g/day

  Proteins: - 100-110g/day

  Fat: - 116 - 126g/day
